Terms of Service and Reservations

1. General provisions

1. These Terms set out the rules for booking, performing and cancelling appointments and participating in trainings run by Ksenia Knapik.
2. Using the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Make-up services, facial treatments as well as brow and lash styling, and trainings are provided only after a prior appointment.

2. Reservation and deposit

1. An appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been paid.
2. The amount of the deposit is determined individually and communicated at the time of booking.
3. The deposit must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time will result in cancellation of the reservation.
5. The deposit is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

1. In case of no contact or cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Rescheduling is possible after agreement with a Qse_nia_beauty representative and subject to availability of new dates.
3. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in shortening the service or its cancellation without refund of the deposit.

4. Terms of service provision

1. Clients should arrive with a clean face, wearing SPF 50 sunscreen, without make-up or other cosmetic products (unless agreed otherwise).
2. In case of infectious disease, cold sores or other health contraindications, please inform us in advance – a Qse_nia_beauty representative reserves the right to refuse make-up, facial treatment or brow/lash styling.
3. For off-site services, travel costs are quoted individually.

5. Trainings and Make-up Academy

1. Participation in a training is possible after prior booking and payment of a deposit.
2. Places are limited – registration is based on order of payments.
3. If you cancel participation less than 48 hours before the training, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Each participant receives a certificate confirming completion of the training.
5. Recording the entire training or its parts, as well as copying, sharing and using materials, content or recordings without the written consent of the instructor is prohibited. All materials provided during the training are the intellectual property of Qse_nia_beauty and are protected by copyright.
6. During trainings it is possible to make individual arrangements for providing selected fragments of recordings or training materials to participants – only with the instructor's consent. Participants may also use the option to contact the instructor after the training for consultations or additional guidance, in accordance with arrangements made during the training.

6. Personal data, photos and contact

1. Clients' personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services, booking appointments and contacting the client. Data is not shared with third parties.
2. With the client's consent, Qse_nia_beauty may use photos taken during the visit of the results (make-up, brow or lash styling) for promotional purposes – including on social media, portfolio and the website.
3. Giving consent to take a photo is equivalent to consent to its publication for the above purposes. Lack of consent should be reported before the start of the service.
4. The client's image is protected in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).
5. Current contact details for Qse_nia_beauty can be found in the "Contact" section on the website.
6. All photos taken and published by Qse_nia_beauty are its intellectual property and are protected by copyright. Copying, saving, modifying or using them for business, promotional or any other purposes not agreed with the owner is prohibited. Photos taken during visits are documentary and promotional in nature – Qse_nia_beauty does not conduct professional photography sessions or branding photography services.

7. Final provisions

1. Qse_nia_beauty reserves the right to make changes to the Terms.
2. The current version of the Terms is always available on the website.
3. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
